Prasad Jaladi is an experienced executive in IT and Life Sciences. He has Masters degree in Organic Chemistry and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. He obtained professional training in ERP and CRM. He has worked as SAP techno functional consultant and as West Coast Branch Manager for an IT consulting company in Silicon Valley. He has established the office with infrastructure to offer training in the upcoming technologies. Prasad led team to offer consulting services in ERP, e-business enabling technologies and database management. Some of his clients are fortune 100 companies. He attended several IT conferences. Prasad mentored IT professionals to attain the skills as the innovative technologies are being developed in Silicon Valley.
Prasad is also an expert in life sciences. He obtained training in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics from University of California and Project Management from San Jose State University, California. He has international experience in the manufacturing of several pharmaceutical products. He managed pilot scale and commercial manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Prasad held executive positions as Managing Director, R&D Manager, QA Manager and offered consulting services. He has led the teams to obtain US FDA approval for pharmaceutical companies.
Prasad established offices of Intelligent Enterprise Solutions in Silicon Valley, CA and at Austin, TX known as Silicon Hills. He has developed partnerships to offer affordable software for Patent filing and IP Management, Big Data Management, Intelligence Analytics, eCTD Electronic Submission Application to FDA and Data Mining in Gene Expression analysis to spur the innovation. Prasad manages the company overseeing business development, consulting and software support. Several international conferences and cross functional workshops were hosted under Prasad's leadership. He is a member to prestigious professional organizations. Prasad developed collaborations to promotes affordable innovation and entrepreneurship.
Steve Pearson, Director Advisory Board - Strategy.
Steve Pearson is the founder of Pearson Strategy Group, which helps companies accelerate innovation and product development. Since many companies struggle with innovation, Steve and his team are able to utilize research and technical expertise to streamline an often tedious and expensive process. Before starting The Pearson Strategy Group, Steve was an Analyst at Nerac and a process control engineer covering the machining and electropolishing of stainless steel fittings and tubing at Advanced Stainless Technologies in Austin. He has also worked at Motorola’s semiconductor manufacturing group in Austin as an equipment and process control engineer. Earlier, Steve served aboard a U.S. Navy submarine as both an electronics technician and a nuclear reactor operator, and was a trainer at the Naval Reactors Facility at the Idaho National Laboratory.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is the Austin Vice-Chairman for the IEEE’s Austin PI-2 Chapter and an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Society for Manufacturing Engineers (SME) the World Future Society as well as the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME).

He has over 30 years of U.S and international senior executive leadership in bio-pharma industry. He was Senior Vice President, Operations in Aradigm Corporation. Mr. Bobba was Executive Vice President of Operations for Diosynth RTP, Inc. a division of Akzo Nobel, a manufacturer of recombinant proteins. Prior to that Bobba served as Chief Executive Officer of Molecular Biosystems, Inc., Executive Vice President of Centocor, President of Warner-Lambert Indonesia and Vice President, U.S. Operations of Parke-Davis.
Mikael Kubista, Ph.D., Director Advisory Board, Life Sciences.
Dr. Mikael Kubista is CEO at Life Genomics and Chairman to TATAA Biocenter, Sweden. He was among the pioneers working with real-time PCR technology and contributed by developing the LightUp probes used in infectious disease testing and the BEBO dyes, which are alternatives to SYBR Green for non-specific detection. He also pioneered the field of single cell expression profiling, which was highlighted in Nature Reviews of Genetics.
Dr. Kubista published the review: The Real-time PCR Reaction in Molecular Aspects of Medicine. Dr. Kubista is scientific advisor to several companies developing real-time PCR technology and applications based on real-time PCR. In 2001 Dr. Kubista founded the TATAA Biocenters, which today are the leading providers of real-time PCR services in Scandinavia and Central Europe.
